Wolf Appliance M Series Line of Built-in Ovens Available at Reno's Appliance

Wolf Appliance Inc., the industry leader in premium cooking equipment, has recently introduced the M series line of built-in ovens as part of the new generation product launch, the largest product roll-out in company history. Now available in northern New Jersey at Reno's Appliance in Paterson, the M series boasts Wolf’s sleekest and most full-featured ovens yet. Available in a variety of styles and sizes, M series ovens are designed to seamlessly integrate into any kitchen.

“The new M series line of ovens is not only revolutionary to the industry, it allows owners more versatility in design,” said Jim Bakke, president and CEO of Sub-Zero and Wolf. “We’ve also uncovered new heating and airflow technology to make cooking more efficient and consistent.”

The new M series ovens incorporate Dual VertiCross™ convection, a completely redesigned convection system that is exclusive to M series models that provides more consistent cooking results. The oven houses two columnar vertical blower fans and reconfigured heating elements that produce uniform heat and air flow throughout the oven, minimizing cool spots. The columns of air also allow for improved multi-rack cooking, perfect for evenly baking multiple batches of cookies at once. Also a time saver, the new convection system cuts down on preheat time. Relocated vertical fans in the back corners of the oven allow for a curved back wall, creating more usable space and better airflow within the oven.

The M series offers ten cooking modes via an LCD touchscreen control panel. These modes help achieve precisely the results in mind: roast, bake, broil, convection, convection roast, proof, dehydration, bake stone, warm and Gourmet. The new Gourmet mode includes a menu of preset options that help guide users through the cooking process of commonly prepared foods, including temperature and rack placement, eliminating any guesswork. Once the setting is selected, the oven may adjust cooking settings throughout the process to guarantee the best result possible. Many dishes will not require preheat, allowing an easy transition from meal prep to table.
