Thais Nogueira, the founder of Ajna Ayurveda, is an Ayurvedic practitioner who has dedicated the last 7+ years to serving her community and continuing her education in different holistic practices. Her approach encompasses personalized ayurvedic consultations, nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations, herbal therapies, and bodywork, including ayurvedic massage (abhyanga). She understands the profound impact of Ayurveda in supporting the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of anyone’s journey.
