Helping families/parents/guardians advocate change within their communities and providing education & resources to strengthen Bergen County communities!
We are a free program through Care Plus New Jersey, designated to help community members identify issues and concerns within their own communities and helping them advocate for change. Concerns and issues may be around education, health, recreational, etc. We help provide families/caregivers/guardians with educational material as well as resources available. We primarily deal with expecting mothers-children up to the ages of 8 years old. Our main goal is to advocate change, create a supportive environment & help more members become active in their communities.
