On the day of inspection, Phillip was bright and early , when I got there, Phillip was done with few outside areas but took the time to explain everything in detail tp us from start.
Phillip was very methodical and detail oriented in not only inspecting everything but explaining to us in detail , even though he would have mentioned these thing in reports.
At the end of inspection , we were given a very detailed home maintenance book/brochure which is going to be very useful.
