Demarest Food Truck Festival: Academy of the Holy Angels (AHA) will host its Fourth Annual Food Truck Festival on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 1:00-5:00 pm. Presented by Angels in the Arts (AITA), this Demarest food truck festival takes place at the Academy of the Holy Angels, 315 Hillside Avenue in Demarest, New Jersey. Enjoy a variety of some of the hottest eats in the area including specialties from Cannoli Café, CheeZen, Empanada Mania, Little Bite of Paradise, Ms. Fu’s Yummy Food Truck, PhillyFry, Polka Dot Cupcakes, and Waffles De Lys. The festival will also feature art exhibits and live performances of music, theater, and dance.
Tickets are $5 per person and will be available at the gate. Festival proceeds support arts programs at AHA and scholarships for alumnae who pursue careers in the visual and performing arts.
AITA is a parent-run association whose members promote AHA’s many art-related events, including plays, concerts, and art shows. During the annual Arts Appreciation Dinner, AITA recognizes graduating seniors who have been involved in the arts, and presents the Angel Award, a scholarship that honors one graduate who has made outstanding contributions to the Academy’s arts programs. AITA also hosts many other events for AHA’s artists and performers.
