STANHOPE, NJ. JUNE 20: Everybody gets the blues — but nobody plays them like Bees Deluxe. Catch the British-Boston band as they travel the Eastern Seaboard performing the genre-bending brand of music that they call “acid blues.”

Highly musical, wildly improvisational and endlessly entertaining, Bees Deluxe pushes the limits of convention with a sound that is distinct yet rooted in the rich history of the blues. With a repertoire of off-beat originals—some featured on their new album, Hallucinate) and fresh takes on tunes by blues legends like Etta James, BB King, Freddie King, Billie Holiday, Robert Cray and more, Bees Deluxe takes their audiences on a deep and thoroughly enjoyable dive into the blues.

Fronted by British guitar phenom Conrad Warre, who toured with Joe Jackson and The English Beat and was a regular on stage at the legendary CBGB’s, the band has captivated audiences around the country and has shared the stage with blues royalty like Ronnie Earl, Walter Trout, Mike Zito, Dave Maxwell, Joanne Shaw Taylor and Matt Schofield. Their new, all-original album, Hallucinate, is getting rave reviews and international airplay.

Also performing: Peter Veteska and Blues Train formed in 2013 and is led by New York Blues Hall-of-Famer Peter Veteska on guitar and vocals; B3 legend Jeff Levine on keyboards; and drummer Alex D’Agnese – the only original member and instrumental in creating the Blues Train sound with his high energy drum style.  Bassist Coo Moe Jhee has played and recorded on the last three albums; he has since taken a hiatus from the music scene and bassman extraordinaire Chuck Hearne  (Leslie West’s Mountain ) has seamlessly stepped in. The band is also occasionally joined by vocal powerhouse Jen Barnes. Well known throughout the mid-Atlantic region, the band has also performed at events and festivals from Maine to Florida.
