New Year, New You. With Niki Consciously Create change in 2024

2024 is a Yang Year! This means it will be full of energy and action. I would love to help you prepare for this by stepping into your purpose and potential to create a life that is fulfilling and integrated and in alignment with your values and who you truly are.

In this workshop, we will reflect on 2023 which was a Yin year, a calm and intuitive year. Journal what went well, what could have been better, who you showed up as, and what you learned.

Then we will move into creating your life in 2024 so you are ready for the shift in energy to action and expansion. Often you might find that resolutions don’t work. Intentions, your way of being, commitment, and consistent actions do!

Through some fun exercises, I will help you find your “why” for being here from which you can discover your purpose. I will help you create your contract of how you want to “be” in 2024. I will take you on a manifestation visualization journey to meet your future self and from here I will guide you to create your intentions for 2024 and map out the action steps. Once you make your commitments, allow the Universe to do its magic and let the surprises unfold.

We will practice a walking meditation and some gentle somatic movements to be grounded and present during the workshop.

Wear comfy clothing to sit on a meditation pillow. Please bring a throw to keep warm and a journal. Pens will be provided.
