Fair Lawn NJ Art Exhibit: The Art of Vladimir Umanski exhibit will be held at the Maurice M. Pine Public Library, 10-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn from July 21 through August 31. An opening reception with the artist will take place on Saturday, July 21 from 2:30 pm-4:30 pm.

Vladimir Umanski’s artistic world is full of infinite techniques. Textures and mediums are united by composition, and showcase the richness and harmony of his palette. His creative energy, exuberant spirit, determination and devotion to his craft are evident in his art. After many years spent mastering new ways of expressing color and rhythm, Vladimir has developed his own unmistakable artistic “self”.

Growing up in St.Petersburg, Russia, Vladimir Umanski was educated by a family of artists. Following in his parents’ footsteps, he attended the Academy of Fine Art in St.Petersburg. After  graduation, he was nominated and accepted as a member of the Guild of Artists in Russia. 

Vladimir’s art has been exhibited throughout the world. Some of his exhibits and accolades include International art exhibits in Paris, Hamburg and London. His work is part of the George Riabov Collection, the Norton and Nancy Dodge Collection, the Jane Vorhees Zimmerli Art Muzeum, Rutgers History Museum, St.Petersburg Academy of Art Museum, and others.
