The Northeast Film Festival, now in its fourth year, is scheduled to take place at Teaneck Cinemas in Teaneck, New Jersey, from September 9-11, 2016, where it will showcase top independent films from celebrated filmmakers, red carpet galas, international guests, networking events, talks and forums. Festival to Feature Short Films, Documentaries, Features from Around the World
One of New Jersey’s top film festivals, the Northeast Film Festival showcases approximately 50-60 of the best of independent cinema from across the United States and around the world, including short films, documentaries, features and more. Festival Director, Larry Rosen, heads up the programming team to curate one of the best lineups of films on the festival circuit, from established filmmakers as well as up and coming filmmakers. Rosen, a Bergen County local, is an award-winning director with over 60 awards and award-winning actor who has appeared in many features and shorts as well.
Three Days of Screenings, Red Carpet Events and More
Each of the festival's three days are filled with film screenings throughout the day, red carpet events followed by after-parties at night (open to all of the day’s attendees). Many filmmakers, actors and recognizable celebrities are in attendance, but at the Northeast Film Festival, everyone is treated like a celebrity and encouraged to walk the red carpet!
